Job summary

Alcon Johor (known as CIBA VISION Johor Sdn. Bhd.) is seeking a Technician III in Molding & Tooling Engineering to handle complex mold tooling design and molding processes.

You will apply advanced technical skills, adhere to SOPs and GxP, and contribute to quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires at least 2 years of experience, and an openness to electrical & PLC tasks, with a 12-hour weekly rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Good to have electrical & PLC experience.
• Must be willing to work in 12 hours weekly rotational shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle highly complex tasks related to mold tooling design and molding processes, supporting operations and efficiency.
• Make significant decisions within the scope of tasks, requiring advanced technical skills and problem solving.
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ensure rigorous quality control and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and commit to continuous improvement in operations.
• Adhere to SOPs, maintain documentation, ensure quality control, and meet job requirements.
• Contribute to overall compliance of the organization.
