Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a production leader to oversee plastic injection molding operations and assembly lines within a precision engineering setting. You will drive KPI performance, ensure quality and safety, and mentor supervisors and operators to meet demanding targets.

Reporting to senior management, you will collaborate with planning, engineering, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams to implement Lean, 5S, and other continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding operations and machinery.
• Experience in ISO 13485 environments or medical device manufacturing.
• Ability to lead, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all production operations, including injection molding and assembly lines.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, and other methodologies.
• Develop and mentor production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management.
