Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Molding Process Team Lead to provide technical leadership for molding operations, focusing on process optimization, troubleshooting, quality improvements, and validation activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5–8 years in injection molding/LSR, with 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing excellence.

Experience with ES/OQ/PQ and NPI activities.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize molding processes to achieve quality, productivity, and efficiency targets.
Provide technical leadership and rapid troubleshooting for process, mold, machine, and material issues.
Drive downtime, scrap, defects, and process variation reduction through data-driven improvements.
Lead SPC monitoring, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement activities.
Support ES/OQ/PQ, NPI, process validation, and manufacturing transfer activities.
Coach and develop molding technicians to strengthen technical competency.
