Job summary

Masimo in Malaysia is seeking an Engineer, Molding to coordinate molding processes used in manufacturing. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, supporting Production, Engineering and QC, and driving process improvements, calibration, validation and documentation to keep validated states.

You will design study protocols, write URS and FDS for molding equipment, manage change requests, mentor technicians, evaluate new technologies, and ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 13485 and GxP.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in machine automation and control systems for high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device regulated environments preferred.
• Bachelor or technical education in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate molding processes across manufacturing operations.
• Minimize downtime and NCRs for molding equipment.
• Provide engineering support for process improvements, calibration and validation.
• Manage change requests and evaluate effects on validated processes.
• Design and write URS and FDS documents for molding equipment.
• Ensure maintenance and SOPs comply with OSHA, ISO 13485 and GxP.
