Responsibilities

• Update schedule for mold repairing and modification
• Ensure all molds meet standard and requirement from customer
• Study material usage for each mold or product
• Study mold structure and design and propose to management for mold improvement to eliminate product defect
• Coordinate with other related departments regarding production output and product quality before proceeding for repair or modification
• Define root cause and countermeasure for mold breakdown and report to department manager for further action
• Follow up and attend machine to ensure every mold is in good condition after repair and modification during production
• Ensure proper recording and updating of mold condition in mold repairing or modification report
• Maintain clean and 5S arrangement at workshop for safety and work efficiency
