Qualifications

• This internship opportunity is designed for undergraduate students required to undergo compulsory industrial training.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related disciplines preferred.
• Strong English communication, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or equipment engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SQL or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Commitment to a 3–6 month internship period, per university requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, qualification, and improvement activities.
• Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to support engineering decisions.
• Conduct technical research, literature reviews, and assessments.
• Support DOE, data analysis, and validation activities.
• Assist in laboratory experiments and process evaluations.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing objectives.
