Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with hands-on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain high-volume semiconductor equipment.
• Conduct tests and measurements to verify process control and defectivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, productivity, quality, cost, and yield.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Participate in technology transfer activities across Intel's global sites, including training and audits.
• Manage equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps, ensuring safety and quality criteria.
