Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with several years of relevant experience.
• Experience in process characterization, manufacturing process control and statistical process control methods.
• Familiarity with test and measurement equipment, schematics and process control systems.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of manufacturing processes and repair reverse engineering.
• Conduct feasibility studies and optimize equipment and processes to meet device specs.
• Drive pathfinding activities to enable future technology and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement enabling elements of technology and drive projects to successful outcomes.
