Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field with hands-on technical experience applicable to manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment for safety, quality and yield.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and drive data-informed improvements.
• Conduct experiments and measurements to maintain process control and reduce variation.
• Lead improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and project updates.
