Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in a specialized field with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in statistical process control methods and tools.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, process control, and improvement.
• Technical expertise in equipment monitoring, adjustment, and process characterization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and application of Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading process optimization and improvement projects across cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with group problem‑solving, excursion management systems, and semiconductor manufacturing techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical data.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
