KTS Cellular Malaysia is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and recommend mobile devices and accessories. You will work toward personal and store sales targets while keeping displays neat and stocked.

The role requires clear communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, a willingness to learn product knowledge, and reliable transport for daily commuting, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• No formal educational qualification required — enthusiasm and commitment matter most.
• Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
• Proactive learner with a willingness to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Must have own transport for daily commuting.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
• Explain product features, promotions, and benefits clearly to support sales.
• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
• Monitor stock availability and keep the stockroom clean and organized.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, referring complex matters to the manager when necessary.
• Support daily store operations and work closely with team members.
