Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd is Malaysia’s largest IT chain store with over 100 branches nationwide. We seek a motivated sales associate to deliver excellent customer service and help shoppers find IT products that meet their needs.

You will greet customers, stay updated on our product range, assist in stock intake, and ensure adherence to company policies while promoting features and benefits of our offerings.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience is preferred.
• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communications.
• Knowledge of IT products is advantageous.
• Able to handle stock reception and product updates.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM

Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Minimum 1-3 year experience in retail field especially selling in IT products (mobile, gadgets and networking)

Minimum 18 years old from complete month

Own transport

Basic knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
