CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Facilities Engineer in Petaling Jaya to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety components.

The role requires supervising a team and occasional travel within Klang Valley. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and adherence to safety regulations while optimizing energy use and system performance.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel within Klang Valley.
• Prior supervisory experience leading a team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Assist with safety and environmental protocols and safe material handling.
