Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise others.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems comply with applicable codes and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management programs and improve system efficiency.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe handling of hazardous materials and keep workspace clean.
• Review building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for design compliance.
• Apply standard principles to complex tasks and provide practical solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE values to reach agreements.
• Support a range of customer, operational, and service activities within teams.
