Job summary

CBRE Building Engineer position in Klang Valley and surrounding states. You will monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and life safety. Requires valid driver's license and ability to work in a mobile technical team.

Role covers preventive maintenance, safety compliance, energy management, and addressing client needs with CBRE standards. 4–5 years related experience preferred; universal CFC certification beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure facility and building systems operate up to applicable standards.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
