Job summary

Armani Group (Property Development) is seeking an experienced MM2H & Travel Business Manager to lead our MM2H sales and tour operations in Malaysia. You will drive revenue, manage client applications, and oversee travel product delivery to ensure high client satisfaction.

You will expand MM2H activities, build partnerships with international agents, and lead a sales-operations team to meet monthly targets while ensuring compliant processing of MM2H applications and tour arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in MM2H, immigration consultancy, or travel industry.
• Proven track record in closing MM2H applications
• Strong network with foreign clients or agents (preferred)
• Experience in tour operations or travel agency management
• Good understanding of MM2H requirements and procedures
• Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert MM2H leads for applications
• Conduct consultations with foreign clients (China, Korea, Japan, etc.)
• Advise on MM2H requirements, documentation, and process
• Manage end-to-end MM2H application lifecycle
• Build and maintain relationships with international partners and agents
• Develop partnerships with property developers, agents, and relocation firms
• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Design and manage inbound/outbound tour packages
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and guides
• Ensure smooth execution of group tours and VIP arrangements
• Monitor costing, pricing, and margins
• Ensure compliance with MOTAC and relevant licensing requirements
• Maintain proper documentation for MM2H applications
• Lead and manage sales and operations team
• Set KPIs and performance targets
• Train junior consultants on MM2H and travel products
