Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled IT professional to lead MES project activities and manage the factory's IT infrastructure. You will coordinate with customers on MES deployments, plan information security policies, and oversee the factory's network, servers, AD, and GPOs.

You will also train staff on SFCS and help maintain normal IT services in daily operations. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, and team leadership to guide the next phase of system maintenance and

Qualifications

• Experience in PL/SQL development preferred.
• Experience or capability in MES deployment, project coordination, and customer liaison.
• Ability to perform MES development, customised modifications, testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide HelpDesk support and daily IT issue-resolution capabilities.
• Able to handle major IT incidents and provide second-level technical support.
• Able to guide new team members and plan the maintenance structure.
• Strong communication and coordination with customers, factory users and project personnel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer MES project management and customer liaison.
• Plan information security policies for the factory.
• Manage the factory’s IT infrastructure, including network equipment, Active Directory, and GPOs.
• Lead the local factory team in deploying the PMS environment.
• Provide SFCS system training and plan ongoing maintenance from a supervisory perspective.
• Maintain CCTV, access control, and printer peripherals for the factory.
• Provide daily HelpDesk support and resolve IT issues for factory users.
• Ensure basic IT services remain operational during project activity.
• Localise SFCS system, perform customised modifications, testing and daily maintenance.

Responsible for customer MES project management, customer liaison, information security policy planning, and the management of the factory’s IT infrastructure.

Collaborate in MES projects and monitor key project progress.

Manage the factory’s overall network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, VLANs, servers, Active Directory, Domain, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).

Lead the local factory team in deploying the customer PMS system environment.

Participate in SFCS system training together with new team members and plan the subsequent system maintenance structure from a supervisory perspective.

Maintain the factory’s low-voltage peripheral systems, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and printers.

Provide daily HelpDesk support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for factory users.

Participate in the actual operation of customer PMS projects and ensure that the factory’s basic IT services remain operational when issues arise.

Responsible for SFCS system localisation development, customised modifications, functional testing, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance.
