Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Production Assistant to help plan, control and manage the efficient running of the wheat cleaning and flour milling production lines to meet daily targets. You will operate and balance the lines during daily shifts, aiming for target efficiency, extraction rates, capacity and product quality.

The role emphasizes adherence to Safety Operating Procedures, coordination with engineering for preventive maintenance and active participation in ISO

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing is added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and manage the production lines to meet daily targets.
• Execute daily shift production schedule by operating and balancing lines to meet efficiency and quality.
• Adhere to Safety Operating Procedures.
• Coordinate autonomous preventive maintenance with engineering to sustain production level.
• Contribute to ISO 22000 activities and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
