Job summary

FFM Grains & Mills in Malaysia seeks a capable flour milling operator to operate and monitor the milling process, ensuring production and quality targets are met and abnormalities are reported promptly.

To succeed, you will collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, and Production teams, comply with GMP, HACCP, Halal standards, and maintain strict safety and housekeeping practices. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Relevant experience in flour milling or food manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the flour milling process to achieve production and quality targets.
• Inspect production equipment, report abnormalities promptly, and assist in process troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Comply with workplace safety, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and Halal Assurance System requirements.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
