Job summary

Metso is seeking an experienced Minerals Processing professional to join the Grinding Solution group in the Product Sales team, specializing in Mill Lining. The role requires extensive travel (upwards of 60%) across Asia Pacific as you develop sales opportunities, build pipeline, and deliver value-based solutions.

You will work with Account Managers, customers and global teams to drive revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Metallurgical Eng, Process Eng, Chemical Eng or Mechanical disciplines.
• 10+ years experience in minerals processing.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Act as product expert for mill lining and provide technical guidance.
• Lead and support sales activities for mill lining technologies in Asia Pacific.
• Provide technical advice on equipment suitability for client needs.
• Manage sales cases from lead to proposal and negotiations.
• Review operational data to improve comminution performance.
• Coordinate remote and on-site support, including inspections and troubleshooting.
• Develop complex proposals and deliver customer presentations.
• Ensure profitability and proper CRM usage for forecasting.
