Job summary

VX VENTURES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to manage daily IT operations, infrastructure and user support.

You will ensure system availability, backups, security and asset management across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other cloud services. You will coordinate with external vendors, oversee IT projects and onboarding/offboarding, and maintain documentation, policies and licence records while supporting urgent technical issues with strong troubleshooting and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT operations, infrastructure or systems administration experience.
• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, OS and cloud services.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, backups and endpoint security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating IT projects, vendors or small technical teams.
• Good documentation, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and respond to urgent technical issues.

• Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure and user support
• Maintain computers, networks, servers, software and IT assets
• Monitor system availability, backups, cybersecurity and access controls
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and account-related issues
• Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or other cloud-based business systems

• Maintain IT policies, documentation, inventories and licence records
• Plan and oversee system upgrades, equipment purchases and IT projects
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device and account setup
