Job summary

UniQ Consulting & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Cloud Solutions Consultant to design, plan, and manage technical implementations with customers. You will inspire peers to solve complex problems with advanced cloud competencies and help strategize cloud transformations across Microsoft 365 and other cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes advisory engagements, deployment planning, and guiding customers through modernization journeys, with opportunities for formal training and certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of working experience in IT and Customer Service industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Windows 11, Hyper-V)
• Experience in basic network (LAN, WAN, Routing, VLAN, Access Policies)
• Experience in planning, designing, deployment and migration in Microsoft 365 Cloud Services
• Experience in delivery consultancy works such as planning, designing, and deploying Microsoft 365 modernization workplace
• Preferred: Experience in Microsoft Security, Microsoft Compliance, Microsoft Sentinel, Alibaba Cloud, and/or AWS
• Experience with deployment methodologies and technologies
• Experience with basic scripting such as PowerShell & Python

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and manage technical implementations with customers independently
• Inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with novel solutions, leveraging technical competences
• Strategize and optimize cloud services from a technical perspective; craft strategy to transform customers and address technical objections
• Conduct advisory engagements to ensure customers leverage subscriptions and business requirements
• Assist in providing solutions and proposals with the Customer Engagement Team
• Hone functional skills and expertise in specialization areas
• Formal and informal training programs at every level to help acquire specialized skills
