Job summary

UniQ Consulting & Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a skilled IT Consultant to deliver Microsoft 365 modernization projects. You will plan, design, and deploy workplace solutions while coordinating with customers and peers to overcome technical challenges.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and related cloud services, plus scripting in PowerShell or Python. You will lead technical discussions, draft user documentation, and contribute to ongoing cloud adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud services.
• Basic networking knowledge (Routing, VLAN) and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical implementations with customers with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with customers and peers to solve complex problems using a broad set of technical skills.
• Define cloud deployment strategies and guide adoption, addressing technical and business challenges.
• Produce technical and user documentation.
• Develop and share training to build specialized skills.

Job description

At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in using Microsoft 365, Azure, and / or any other type of cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Words, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in basic network (Routing, VLAN, Access Policies)

Preferred Qualification

Experience in delivery consultancy works such as planning, designing, and deploying Microsoft 365 modernization workplace

Experience in cross platform migrations, mainly to Microsoft 365

Experience leading IT technical discussions, and design cloud deployment and adoption plans

Experience with deployment methodologies and technologies

Experience with Microsoft Technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Windows 11, Hyper-V)

Experience with basic scripting such as PowerShell & Python

Responsibilities

Manage technical implementations with customers with least supervision

Coordinate and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with novel solutions, leveraging a sophisticated set of technical competences.

Strategized and optimized the cloud services from technical perspective. Craft the strategy to transform the customers, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical and business challenges.

Produce technical and user documentations.

Hone functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization

Formal and informal training programs at every level to help acquire and build specialized skills faster
