Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Credit Analyst Manager to drive annual reviews and new-to-bank proposals for large corporates, from origination to credit approval.

You will perform borrower and guarantor ratings, conduct due diligence, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting audits and process improvements for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual reviews, incremental and new-to-bank proposals for large corporate portfolios.
• Prepare borrower and guarantor ratings as part of credit preparation work and financial analysis of borrowers.
• Perform due diligence for the portfolio to identify, escalate and manage emerging risks including joint calls or site visits with Coverage teams.
• Ensure the portfolio of borrowers are compliant with internal policies, covenants, terms and conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and participate in internal, external, or regulatory audits, reporting, surveys and related portfolio involvement.
• Participate in projects to streamline and improve processes for service excellence.
• Stay informed of best practices, markets and industry trends when engaging with all stakeholders.
