Job Responsibilities \* Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new High Net Worth (HNW) or corporate clients, developing a robust client pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. \* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of HNW or corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. \* Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions across a range of products including deposits, investments, loans, and wealth management services. \* Collaborate with product specialists, credit analysts, and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated and holistic banking solutions to clients. \* Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks for clients. \* Prepare and present financial proposals, conduct regular client reviews, and manage client expectations effectively. \* Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and ethical standards. \* Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). \* Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the bank's systems.
