It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.**Job Description*** Responsible for managing regional/ China portfolios including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services* Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio* Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective clients* Build client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as ‘The Trusted Banker to call’* Identify clients’ needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability* Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned* Exposure in structuring cross border transaction and/or umbrella facility* Familiar with Malaysia Foreign Exchange Administration Rules (FEA)* Good understanding of the Group Relationship Manager and Field Relationship Manager framework* Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”)## **Additional Requirements**Be a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
