Job summary

Lam Research in Malaysia is seeking a motivated engineer to support manufacturing systems and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

You will assist MFG System Engineers in developing business processes, build relationships with team members, and contribute to Lean Six Sigma initiatives. The role offers hybrid work options to balance on-site collaboration with remote work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic Engineering required.
• Able to read, write and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient with computer-based data systems and Office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Assist MFG System Engineers in developing business processes and project management leveraging Manufacturing 6S, Lean SixSigma, PSDM (Problem Solving & Decision Making), and project management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain active and progressive working relationships with all team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other tasks and duties as required.
