Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering.
2 years of experience required, or 1 year with a Master’s degree or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and system-related tools are a plus.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
Proven ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Capacity Planning: Perform capacity analysis for long- and medium-term resource planning aligned with business forecasts.
Productivity Improvement: Initiate labor-hour reduction and cycle-time improvement projects to enhance operational productivity.
Coordinate tool relocation and production line re-layout activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs.
Perform time-study data collection and analysis, driving continuous improvement based on lean line and bay build concepts.
Pick To Light (PTL) and kanban setup and ongoing maintenance.
