Job summary

Eng Teknologi Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee daily QA activities and ensure adherence to the Quality Management System while aligning with customer requirements.

The role involves collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; leading audits, CAPA actions, and continuous improvement initiatives in the FA LV section using CMM programs for PCDMIS, Mitutoyo, and Mcosmos Geopak.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance and QA management.
• Ability to lead and participate in audits and CAPAs.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience driving Quality Management System targets and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Quality Assurance activities and QC processes.
• Coordinate with departments, customers and suppliers on QA issues.
• Represent QA in meetings, trainings and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement to meet customer requirements and policy.
• Close and update corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Set up CMM offline programs for PCDMIS, Mitutoyo and Mcosmos Geopak.
• Review new customer drawings for quality compliance.
• Train technicians, inspectors and subordinates on job functions.

1) Daily supervises, monitoring and controls Quality Assurance or any area assigned.

2) Work hand-in-hand with all concerned department personnel, customer and supplier pertaining to product Quality Assurance or any responsibility assigned and Audit related activities.

3) Represents the company and/or department for some various meetings, training, seminars and other activities conducted within the company.

4) Participate actively and support all plans/projects of the company in achieving customer requirements and company’s mission and quality policy.

5) Responsible to own products quality and Quality Management System target.

6) Responsible to continuous improve and develop the system of FA LV Section towards company’s objective.

7) Responsible to close and update all internal/external corrective and preventive actions to achieve customer satisfaction.

8) Responsible to setting CMM offline program for PCDMIS, Mitutoyo & Mcosmos Geopak.

10) Responsible to review new customer drawing.

11) Train and assist Technicians, Inspectors and subordinates with regards to their job functions.
