Job summary

SHINING 3D Latam in Malaysia (Selangor) seeks a sales-focused professional to manage key accounts, demonstrate products at client sites, and expand channels. You will work with internal teams to address customer requirements, develop expertise in our hardware/software, and travel up to 40% to close opportunities.

The role requires a track record in capital equipment sales, knowledge of 3D scanning or industrial measurement, and fluency in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in metrology, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, surveying, or quality control.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel up to 40%.
• Minimum 3 years proven track record in sales of Capital Equipment/Industrial Sales.
• Familiar with 3D scanning products or industrial measurement; experience selling 3D related products preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on business opportunities and manage existing Key Accounts; expand new sales channels.
• Generate sales revenue by conducting product demonstrations at customer sites.
• Evaluate customer requirements: installation location, mounting, CAD data, GD&T, and inspection plans.
• Develop expert knowledge of SHINING 3D hardware/software to demonstrate products at trade shows and events.
• Identify additional sales opportunities beyond traditional channels.
• Coordinate with Sales Management, Inside Sales, Applications Engineers, Marketing to advance and close sales.
• Act as technical point of contact during customer evaluations.
• Communicate requested hardware/software changes to Applications Engineers and R&D.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
