Qualifications

• Experience working as a Production Operator or similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, production schedules and equipment manuals.
• Understanding of health and safety protocols and commitment to safety.
• Ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment per SOPs and safety protocols.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report malfunctions.
• Record production data including outputs, downtime and quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot issues and apply corrective actions.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Assist with changeovers between production runs and product types.
