MYSense Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. You will analyse performance, drive ROAS, and develop full-funnel strategies with cross-team collaboration.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, budget management, and staying ahead of platform best practices. Hybrid work at Jaya One, Petaling Jaya, with WFH option one day a week.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in Google Ads Management.
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in Meta Ads Management.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics: CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, conversions.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Comfortable managing five-figure monthly budgets.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Good to have experience in Digital Marketing Agency.
• Good command of English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
• Develop and implement full-funnel strategies: awareness → engagement → retargeting → conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure ads are running effectively.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad visuals and copy.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy updates, and audience targeting improvements.
• Assist with campaign setup, conversion tracking, and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
