Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an MES specialist to manage daily MES operations, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with manufacturing teams. You will analyze needs, design feasible solutions, and drive process improvements with cross-functional departments.

The role requires a degree in computer science or related field and at least 3 years of experience, with strong SQL knowledge and exposure to ERP/WMS interfaces; PMP/IPMP is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Major in computer science or related field with 3+ years experience.
• Familiar with Oracle/SQL Server and SQL language.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to travel.
• Proficient with IT tools (Word, PPT) for IT projects.
• Experience with Siemens Opcenter MES is a plus.
• Experience in project management; PMP/IPMP is a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the MES systemsystem abnormality problem solving, authority management, troubleshooting, etc.)

Collect business department needs and organize system business processes, analysis, design feasible solutions, and cooperate with business departments to improve the construction of MES systems

Responsible for functional testing, user training, problem collection and feedback

Design statistical reports and dashboards according to user needs to help users improve management efficiency

Ensure data integration and synchronization between MES and peripheral systems (WMS, ERP), and handle interface data

Regularly summarize and refine, form a knowledge base, and share with other plant personnel to improve overall operation and maintenance capabilities

Other tasks assigned by superiors according to work needs

Position Responsibilities

Major in computer science or related (Degree or above) with at least 3 years working experience

Familiar with Oracle/SQL Server and other database technologies, and proficient in using common SQL language.

Good communication and teamwork skills, strong stress resistance and execution, able to adapt to business trips Proficient in using various common tools for IT projects, such as WORD, PPT and other common tools

Have experience in Wire Harness, electronic manufacturing...

Have experience on Siemens Opcenter MES is plus

Have experience in project management, PMP, IPMP certificate is plus

Good English skills is plus
