Job summary

Igloo is seeking a training and sales development specialist to ensure merchants fully understand the Pine Care Service Program, service products, and compliance guidelines, driving sales revenue across merchant stores.

You will conduct face-to-face or virtual training, handle merchant inquiries, and support pre- and post-purchase questions, contributing to overall sales outcomes and merchant onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in conducting service product training and sales development, sales background.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and any other local language.
• Working hours: 40 hours per week (May include evenings or weekends).
• Preferred to posses own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting service product training and sales development activities (face to face and/or virtually) with all the merchants identified to be on the Pine Care Service Program.
• Responsible for conducting the Service Product training & visitation to all the merchants as per scheduled assigned.
• Responsible for attending all the queries from merchants related to the Pine Care Service Program.
• Responsible for assisting merchants to attend to all the pre-purchase and post-purchase queries from customers / users related to the Pine Care Service Program.
• Responsible for the sales output of the merchants based on the training support provided.
• Conduct incentive programs to motivate the merchant staff members to onboard Pine Care Service Program during all the buy now pay later and cash sales activities.
• Responsible for refresher training sessions for merchants which records low production.
• Ensure weekly cadence is done with the commercial team and update all challenges and success achieved.
