Job summary

Store N Go Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking a dedicated Merchandizer to enhance the visual appeal and sales performance of our retail spaces. This full-time role involves creating compelling product displays and optimizing shelf layouts to attract customers.

You will monitor stock, coordinate with suppliers and buyers on replenishment, brief staff on display rotations, and analyze store layouts to drive better sales figures.

Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification SPM or Diploma level.
• Good time management skills and ability to priorities work.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure occasionally to meet deadlines.
• Reasonable command in written English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring sales and identifying any losses or stock wastage at outlets.
• Working with suppliers and buyer to negotiate replenishment and order.
• Reviewing outlet feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.

About the role
Store N Go Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Merchandizer to join our dynamic retail team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal and commercial performance of our retail spaces. As a Merchandizer, you will be responsible for creating compelling product displays, optimising shelf layouts, and ensuring our stores maintain the highest standards of presentation. This role is integral to driving customer engagement, improving product visibility, and ultimately contributing to increased sales and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• 1. Monitoring sales and identifying any losses or stock wastage at outlets
• 2. Working with suppliers and buyer to negotiate replenishment and order.
• 3. Reviewing outlet feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
• 4. Briefing staff on stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized.
