Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a retail merchandiser to analyze store layouts and execute effective product placements. You will maintain displays according to a designated planogram, ensure tester displays are clean and refreshed, and update price tickets and POSM materials to maximize appeal.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with store teams to optimize shelf presentation and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and planogram implementation.
• Ability to analyze store layout and place products effectively.
• Experience maintaining displays and shelf tags.
• Attention to cleanliness of tester displays.

Responsibilities

• Analyse store layout to identify best product placement.
• Merchandise and maintain displays according to the designated planogram.
• Keep shelves clean and maintain tester displays; replace testers as needed.
• Refresh shelf price tickets and POSM materials.

Analyze the store's layout to find the best spots to place products that will make them look more appealing to customer

Merchandise & maintaining product display based o designated planogram

Clean products & wipes at home shelf's bay and other secondary display

Ensure all tester are clean at all times and replace it if necessary. Make sure "try me" sticker on each tester display

Make shelf improvements, updated shelf price ticket, refresh POSM material
