Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Retail, Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• Understanding of inventory planning, sales forecasting, and stock management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion and retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales, market trends, and seasonal demand to develop accurate sales forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on actual sales performance.
• Plan and manage stock allocation across retail outlets, e-commerce platforms, and marketplaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment, stock transfers, and balancing strategies.
• Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-performing products and recommend appropriate actions.
• Track key merchandising metrics including sell-through, stock cover, inventory turnover, and stock aging.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, E-Commerce, Warehouse, and Operations teams on campaigns and product launches.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations for management.
