Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Merchandising Manager to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time, with healthy inventory levels.

You will lead inventory planning, forecast demand, manage category planning, and drive actions to improve stock availability and sell-through, collaborating with Retail Operations, Development, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising, inventory management or demand planning.
• Strong analytical, Excel and data management skills.
• Good understanding of retail inventory management, demand forecasting and assortment planning.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in telco, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or FMCG retail would be an advantage.
