Responsibilities

• Monitor new, trending gifts, lifestyle products and packaging ideas in Malaysia and overseas.
• Understand client briefs, audience, objective, quantity and budget before recommending products.
• Develop merchandise directions for campaigns, launches and corporate gifting.
• Source suppliers via online research, exhibitions, visits and industry networks.
• Prepare shortlists with images, specs, pricing, lead times and branding options.
• Collaborate with Creative and Account teams to craft client proposals.
• Request samples and assess feasibility and commercial viability.
• Maintain a structured product library and supplier database.
