Job summary

Woh Hup Group in Malaysia is seeking a skilled QA/QC Supervisor (MEP) to assure quality across mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on our construction projects. You will review drawings, specifications and material tests to ensure compliance and drive site quality.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 1–2 years QA/QC experience in construction, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read drawings and communicate effectively with project

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mechanical, electrical and plumbing works comply with quality standards, drawings, and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections on materials, workmanship, and installation for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements.
• Supervise site activities related to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements.
• Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test records, system testing and commissioning records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all site activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project quality and workmanship standards.
