Job summary

Supreme Asia Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Manager (MEP) to oversee day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing operations on construction sites. You will bridge engineering designs with on-site execution, ensuring MEP installations are safe, on schedule, and meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years as a Site/Project Engineer with hands-on MEP/HVAC experience, and a proven ability to lead site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors in a fast-paced

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as Site Engineer / Project Engineer with MEP/HVAC experience.
• Ability to manage site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors effectively.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager (MEP) to oversee the day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations on our construction sites. Qualifications / Required Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer / Project Engineer with a strong preference for individuals experienced in managing MEP, HVAC works.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors firmly, effectively, and professionally.
