• Designs engineering solutions for manufacturing of parts and assemblies based on established requirements.
• Develops cost estimates, time standards, layouts, and tooling recommendations for new products.
• Creates operating procedures, safety protocols, and maintenance plans for large-scale manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborates with management and external partners to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.
• Leads to develop cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing solutions from NPI through lifecycle.
