Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
• Bespoke experience in design, validation, and manufacturing of complex products.
• Professional certifications in Six Sigma and APICS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and/or provides expertise to project teams spanning manufacturing engineering and partners across the product lifecycle.
• Reviews product designs for compliance with guidelines and provides feedback on deviations.
• Drives problem identification and resolution across manufacturing processes and outputs.
• Tracks performance metrics of manufacturing processes and reports to management.
• Mentors less-experienced staff and promotes innovation in manufacturing design.
