Qualifikationen

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience in engineering design/solutions or with an advanced degree and 3-5 years' experience.

Aufgaben

• Designs engineering solutions including methods, operation sequences, and processes for manufacturing parts and assemblies.
• Develops cost estimates, capacity models, time standards, layouts, and tooling/process recommendations for new product introductions.
• Develops operating procedures, safety protocols, and maintenance plans for large-scale manufacturing equipment.
• Assists with issue diagnosis and problem-solving oriented toward continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with management and partners on process compliance, issue reporting, and resolutions for existing products.
