Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Malaysia seeks a Senior MedTech Inside Sales Leader to own the annual business plan, drive the Malaysia & Brunei sales strategy, and lead a seven-direct-report team. You will run sales and marketing execution on the ground from strategy to results, overseeing distributor performance and strong account relationships.

This role requires 8–10 years in medical devices (orthopedics preferred), proven target attainment, and the ability to influence cross-functionally with sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required.
• 8–10 years in medical device sales, orthopedics preferred.
• Proven record of hitting targets and growing a territory.
• Strong business development and pipeline expansion skills.
• Experience leading/coaching a team and developing talent.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual business plan and translate it into clear team goals.
• Drive Malaysia & Brunei strategy to grow market share and category performance.
• Lead and coach a team of 7 direct reports.
• Run sales and marketing execution on the ground from strategy to results.
• Manage distributor performance and elevate go-to-market in selected markets.
• Build relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals including reviews.
• Partner with Commercial/Marketing to shape campaigns, pricing, processes, and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare rules and ethical selling while delivering growth.
• Build partnerships with government agencies and statutory bodies.
