Job summary

PHARMARISE Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an energetic, results-oriented Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and cultivate lasting customer relationships across healthcare institutions, clinics, pharmacies and hospitals.

You will promote our range of pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare supplements, build trust with doctors and nurses, and expand our distribution network while traveling extensively within Selangor and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Preferably 1–2 years of sales experience in pharma/medical devices/healthcare.
Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Ability to work independently with high self-motivation.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to absorb technical/clinical knowledge and explain to healthcare professionals.
Own transportation with a valid Class D driving license and willingness to travel extensively within coverage areas.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive product sales in assigned territories to achieve targets.
Provide excellent service, handle inquiries, and maintain professional client relationships.
Promote pharmaceutical, medical device, and health supplement products to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare centers.
Establish relationships with doctors, specialists, and nurses to encourage adoption of products.
Expand and strengthen the distribution network and customer base in assigned areas.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; provide feedback and sales updates to management.

Job Responsibilities

To develop and drive product sales in assigned territories to achieve sales targets set by the company.
To provide excellent service, handle customer inquiries promptly, and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
To promote a range of pharmaceutical, medical device, and health supplement products to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare centers.
To establish and foster strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and nurses to encourage the adoption and recommendation of company products.
To expand and strengthen the distribution network and customer base within assigned areas.
To monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback and sales updates to management.

Job Requirements

Preferably a minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare-related industries (Healthcare Lab / Hospital / Pharmacy / Dental).
Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in a relevant field.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess high selfmotivation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a high level of empathy.
Demonstrated ability to absorb technical and clinical knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to healthcare professionals.
Possess own transportation with a valid driving license (Class D) and willing to travel extensively within the assigned coverage areas.
