Job summary

Chaya & Light Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to join our growing pharmaceutical/medical products team in Malaysia. The role targets doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel. English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, Mandarin is a plus; owning a car and valid driving license is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience preferred.
• Healthcare sales experience encouraged.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, hardworking and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possess own car and valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our medical/pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies.
• Build and maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and follow up with customers.
• Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Attend customer visits, exhibitions and other sales activities.
