Job summary

PharmaRise Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to drive revenue and build lasting customer relationships across healthcare institutions in the Southern region (Johor & Melaka). You will promote pharmaceutical, medical device, and health supplement products to clinics, pharmacies and centers, while expanding distribution and staying ahead of market trends.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in pharma or healthcare sales, hold a Diploma or Bachelor's, and can travel extensively with

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare-related industries (Healthcare/Lab/Hospital/Pharmacy/Dental).
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
• Must have own transport with a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within coverage areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product sales in assigned territories to meet company targets.
• Provide excellent service, promptly handle inquiries, and maintain professional client relationships.
• Promote pharmaceutical, medical device, and health supplement products to clinics, pharmacies and healthcare centers.
• Build relationships with doctors, specialists, and nurses to encourage product adoption.
• Expand and strengthen distribution network and customer base in assigned areas.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide sales updates to management.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, promote our range of pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare supplement products, and deliver exceptional customer service across healthcare institutions.

Coverage:

• Southern (Johor & Melaka)

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop and drive product sales in assigned territories to achieve sales targets set by the company.
• To provide excellent service, handle customer inquiries promptly, and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• To promote a range of pharmaceutical, medical device, and health supplement products to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare centers.
• To establish and foster strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and nurses to encourage the adoption and recommendation of company products.
• To expand and strengthen the distribution network and customer base within assigned areas.
• To monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback and sales updates to management.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare-related industries (Healthcare Lab / Hospital / Pharmacy / Dental).
• Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess high selfmotivation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a high level of empathy.
• Demonstrated ability to absorb technical and clinical knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to healthcare professionals.
• Possess own transportation with a valid driving license (Class D) and willing to travel extensively within the assigned coverage areas.
