Unique Remedy Compounding Pharmacy in Malaysia is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to build and grow a portfolio of clinics and doctors by presenting personalised compounding services.

You will develop strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, provide ongoing support, and help deliver personalised treatment solutions that improve patient outcomes. Experience in medical sales is advantageous and a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Fresh grads with strong people skills welcome.
• Sales experience in medical/pharmaceutical/healthcare is an added advantage.
• Own transport and valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel within assigned area.
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics and doctors regularly to introduce Unique Remedy's compounding products and services.
• Open new clinic accounts and reactivate inactive customers.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with doctors, specialists, pharmacists and clinic staff.
• Achieve monthly sales and new-account targets with consistent follow-up.
• Work closely with Operations, Laboratory and Customer Service to ensure smooth ordering and delivery.
• Record visits and follow-ups in the CRM and submit simple sales reports.

At Unique Remedy Compounding Pharmacy, we partner with doctors to deliver personalized compounded medications, prepared to a doctor's prescription. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will build and grow a portfolio of clinics and doctors by introducing them to our personalised compounding services. You will develop strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, provide ongoing support and follow‑up, and help them deliver personalised treatment solutions that improve patient outcomes.

What you will do

Visit clinics and doctors regularly to introduce Unique Remedy's compounding products and services

Open new clinic accounts and reactivate inactive customers

Build strong, long‑term relationships with doctors, specialists, pharmacists and clinic staff

Achieve monthly sales and new‑account targets with consistent follow‑up

Work closely with Operations, Laboratory and Customer Service to ensure smooth ordering and delivery

Record visits and follow‑ups in the CRM and submit simple sales reports

What we offer

Competitive basic salary RM3,000 - RM4,500

Uncapped commission and performance incentives (typical RM6,000-RM8,000, top performers >RM12,000)
