Job summary

Medcin Pharma Sdn Bhd is seeking Sales Representatives who are passionate about healthcare and eager to become subject matter experts supporting our key customers and product portfolio across East Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or higher; science-related disciplines preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in sales or marketing within medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to operate confidently in a clinical or healthcare environment.
• Exposure to a performance-driven sales environment or structured sales team is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written, including presentations and emails).
• High level of independence, self-discipline, and accountability (time management, planning, reporting, and target-setting).
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a results-oriented environment.
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to updating product and industry knowledge.
• Possession of a valid driving licence and own transport, as travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls, product presentations, and demonstrations to support assigned key customers.
• Build and develop new leads and expand the customer network for Medcin Pharma’s product portfolio.
• Support, assist, and advise medical professionals on the appropriate and optimal use of products.
• Execute weekly sales and marketing activities in line with targets and plans set by the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and submit timely sales activity reports, forecasts, and updates.
• Administer invoicing matters and manage consignment inventory, including stock monitoring and replenishment.
